Referral questions

The details behind the recommend-a-friend reward.

When do we get our rewards?
Both rewards are applied once your friend completes their first paid ironing collection. Your friend’s discount comes off that first order, and your credit is added to your account ready for next time.
How many friends can I refer?
As many as you like! There’s no cap — every friend who books their first order earns you another reward.
Does my friend need to be in the Northwich area?
They’ll need to be within our collection area — Northwich and the surrounding villages. If they’re just outside, get in touch and we’ll let you know if we can help.
Do I need to be an existing customer?
It’s designed for our customers to share the service they love, but if you’d like to refer someone, send us the details and we’ll be happy to sort the rewards out.
How will my friend be contacted?
We’ll reach out using the phone or email you provide, only about this referral, and only with your confirmation that they’re happy to hear from us.
