Our story

Northwich Ironing Services started with a simple belief: that nobody should have to spend their precious free time battling a pile of creased shirts. Based right here in Northwich, we set out to offer the kind of dependable, personal ironing service the town deserves.

What began as helping a handful of local families has grown into a trusted service for busy households and professionals across Northwich and the surrounding villages. We've stayed small on purpose — it's what lets us treat every order with genuine care and remember exactly how each customer likes things done.

Every basket is still handled with the same attention we gave our very first customer.

Our standard service guarantees return within 48 hours of collection, although we aim to turn your ironing around within 24 hours. To guarantee a 24-hour service, choose Priority for a £5.00 surcharge per order, in addition to the normal ironing and delivery charges. Availability is confirmed when we arrange your collection.

What we stand for

The values behind every pressed shirt and folded sheet.

🤝

Personal & reliable

You'll deal with the same friendly local team every time — people who turn up when they say they will.

✨

Quality without compromise

Every item is hand-pressed and checked, because "good enough" was never the goal.

💙

Genuinely local

We live and work in Northwich. Supporting us means supporting a small local business, not a chain.

Why people stay with us

Most of our customers come to us through word of mouth — a friend or neighbour who couldn't stop talking about getting their evenings back. We think that says it all.

We make it easy: simple door-to-door collection and delivery, clear per-item pricing, no contracts and no fuss. Tell us your preferences once and we'll remember them, so it just works, week after week.

Whether it's a weekly family basket or a one-off before a big occasion, we treat your clothes as carefully as we'd treat our own.
