What happens after I submit the form?

We’ll give you a call back to confirm a collection time that suits you. There’s no payment or commitment when you send the form.

How soon can you collect?

Often the same week, sometimes the next day depending on demand. Let us know your preferred date and we’ll do our best to match it.

Do I need to be in for collection and delivery?

It helps, but if you let us know a safe place to collect from and return to, we can usually work around your day. Just add a note on the form.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, the minimum charge is £20.00 per order plus the £5.00 collection and delivery charge. Full details are on our Prices page.

How will I know my total?

We count your items on collection and confirm the price with you. Per-item prices are listed in full on the Prices page.
