Work Shirts Without the Sunday Evening Ironing Session

Plan from your diary
Look at the week ahead before gathering your ironing. Which days need a smart shirt, and which clothes are already ready to wear? This simple check avoids spending time on garments you will not use while overlooking the one you need tomorrow.
Separate washing from pressing
Get shirts washed and fully dry before setting them aside for ironing. Follow each garment’s care label and flag special instructions when you enquire. NIS takes care of ironing; it does not provide washing or dry cleaning.
Leave space for the return
Make room on your clothes rail before freshly ironed shirts arrive. Crowding them tightly together can undo some of that neat finish. Tell us if you prefer your return hung or folded and discuss any garment-specific requirements.
Book around your real needs
Some households want regular help; others only need an occasional catch-up. There is no contract to sign up to. Arrange collection and delivery with NIS and explain when your shirts are needed. Most orders are returned the next day, but do not leave an essential outfit to an assumed deadline: confirm your own arrangements.
To arrange ironing collection and delivery, book through the NIS website or call 01606 870001. Tell us about your location, items and preferred arrangements.
